this summer i saw lots of great art at the National Gallery. this painting was being packaged for shipping while i was in the preparators' shop, so i got to inspect it up-close and personal! i was impressed by the colors, and the way the heavy impasto mimics real flesh, especially in our area of interest.

butt blog has arrived

this blog is about one of the the most interesting parts of the body: the butt. i don't have anything profound to say about it, except that it seems like a good deal of the things that i think about or talk about, especially when around my friends and family, are butt-related. for this reason, this will be a shared blog for anyone who wants to post thoughts about butts, pictures of interesting butts, or butts in interesting situations.

i've never really had much of a butt myself, which is perhaps a reason for my interest. so to start things off i am posting a picture of my own butt.

there are other butt blogs out there, most of them pretty one-dimensional. lets make this one the best!
